X4 Group is partnering with a leading electronics firm to find a Principal Development Engineer to lead Sustaining Engineering and improve technical and product test capabilities across the business. This is a hybrid position that requires the successful candidate to be on site 3-4 days per week. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Sustaining Engineering efforts to ensure the quality and reliability of electronics products
• Develop and implement technical strategies to improve product test capabilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency
• Mentor and lead a team of electronics engineers

Requirements:

• 7+ years' experience in Electronics Engineering and Optics/Laser/Lidar
• Solid knowledge of electronics design and professional experience with development of electronics and embedded software
• Master's degree or higher preferred
