Durch deine regelmäßige Präsenz vor Ort- in den Räumlichkeiten des Kunden - stehst du intensiv mit Deinen Ansprechpartnern aus verschiedenen Abteilungen und Hierarchieebenen im direkten, persönlichen Austausch
In diesem engen Verhältnis leistest Du gemeinsam mit deinen erfahrenen KollegInnen strategische und crossmediale Kundenberatung auf Basis einer fundierten Analyse von Wettbewerb, Marktumfeld, relevanten Zielgruppen und Wachstumspotentialen für kommende Filme von Blockbuster bis Arthouse
Du entwickelst Mediastrategien und -pläne für Launches, verantwortest deren Umsetzung, gibst Impulse für die Optimierung und begleitest die Auswertung von Kampagnen
Mit Kunden, Kreativagentur und Agenturteam entwickelst Du immer wieder innovative, wirksame Media-Lösungen und außergewöhnliche Stunts. Dabei hast Du das Budget immer im Blick
Du führst ein Team in einer Matrixstruktur und förderst die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung aller Teammitglieder
Das zeichnet dich aus:

Du bringst mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der kanalübergreifenden Mediaplanung/-beratung mit, idealerweise in einer Mediaagentur und kennst dich mit den gängigen Planungstools und KPIsaus
Deine Erfahrung sorgt für ein selbstsicheres Auftreten und Kundenaustausch auf Augenhöhe - auch abseits von Präsentationen, Planungen und Workshops
Du hast bereits erste Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden gesammelt und entwickelst dein Team stetig weiter
Du denkst gerne auch mal out of the Box, testest systematisch neue Media-Lösungen, ziehst Learnings daraus und übersetzt deine Erkenntnisse in verbesserte Standards für Kunden
Du bringst sehr gute Englischkenntnisse mit und kannst Dich mit KollegInnen im Netzwerk (LA / London) flüssig austauschen
Begeisterung für Hollywood und die Film-Branche ist ein Plus, da die Teilnahme an spannenden Kunden-Events (Filmmessen, Premieren etc…) ein integraler Bestandteil der Zusammenarbeit ist
