£We currently have a vacancy for a recruitment consultant based out of our office in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire. The successful applicant will take on the responsibility of running an established desk within our existing civil engineering or construction divisions.
There is room for this individual to not only progress towards senior consultant but also beyond.

Senior staff at Cityscape Recruitment are degree qualified in construction, have extensive experience of working within the construction industry, and multiple years experience of applying this knowledge to the recruitment industry. They are well qualified to provide consultants with the guidance required to ensure they excel in their role and achieve the best out of their careers.
Each of our consultants focuses on recruitment within a specific industry sector. This enables our consultants to become true experts in their fields and to build a strong, focused network of relevant professionals.
Our prime objective is to maintain a high quality of service for our clients and professionals. In addition to basic salary and commission with no threshold, we offer generous quarterly bonuses, quarterly target-based office events, regular team social events, on-going perks through Perkbox and smaller benefits such as a drinks fridge on Fridays.
Successful applicants will ideally have prior experience of construction or civil engineering recruitment and will be capable of business and client delivery leading to fees. However we are willing to consider and meet with applicants who have proven recruitment experience that is not within the construction sector or applicants with limited exposure to the recruitment sector, for example those in a resourcer/trainee role who are looking for the next step.
We are also keen to consider individuals who are qualified in construction or civil engineering or have previously worked in the RC frame & groundwork sector specifically. The market knowledge and understanding gained from this background offer a unique starting point for a potentially excellent career in construction recruitment.
Most importantly a successful Recruitment Consultant will be self-motivated, have a confident personality, be willing to work with a variety of people, be conscientious, show strong organisational skills and demonstrate a high level of intelligence.
