As a Sales Development Representative in our Manchester-based team, your role will involve:

  • Contacting potential clients (including C-suite/Directors) follow-up calls, emails, and social outreach to assess needs and build relationships.
  • Nurturing relationships and advancing prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Providing information about IRIS Software Group's products and services.
  • Handing off qualified leads and interested parties to the team for discussions and negotiations.
  • Tracking and reporting key performance indicators (PIs).

We're looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening, empathy, and understanding of customer needs.
  • Comfortable with technology and proficient in using sales and CRM software tools.
  • Able to conduct research on potential clients and industries to tailor communication and pitches.
