Job Description

This is a critical role within the Rotork Service business where you will take ownership of an impactful global Rotork policy. You will become part of an expanding team with growth plans in place and with new projects upcoming, the fast-paced nature of the role moving forward is guaranteed.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Programme Manager, you will be part of a small immediate team with the support of a wider medium sized team.

In this role you will have a range of responsibilities but focusing on your ownership of our new global warranty policy. To do this you will manage data and analyse relevant aspects of the policy, report and manage pricing tools and performance whilst continuously collaborating with multiple departments like sales to win contracts and ultimately contribute to the broader departmental strategy. This contribution will be done through defining and driving the collection, use, and analysis of data and associated insights to formulate recommendations and conclusions to support the global Lifetime Management strategy.

The ideal candidate will thrive working both alone and as part of a team, be a problem solver bringing a different perspective of thinking and ultimately be able to communicate to a wide range of stakeholders and pull people together using data and strategy.

Experience requirements:

  • Familiarity with managing large data sets with a commercial mindset
  • Evidence of conducting analysis of data to deliver multiple business improvement projects
  • Skill using Excel and Power BI or similar tools
