This is fantastic opportunity to join a self-build property developer working along side some of the best talent on the market. Responsibilties:

  • Oversee the whole lifecycle of projects for a variety of clients, deftly handling deadlines, resources, and expectations from clients.
  • Make sure projects are delivered safely while fulfilling your end of the bargain.
  • Build trusting, cooperative relationships with all parties involved in the project, from contractors to clients, to guarantee that the objectives are met.
  • Clearly and empoweringly lead multidisciplinary teams while cultivating a culture of high performance.
  • Keep a close eye on the financial health of the project, put cost control measures in place, and maximise return on investment for stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety laws, building rules in the UK, and sustainably driven practices.
  • Lead risk management procedures by anticipating possible problems and implementing workable solutions.
  • Promote innovation and keep ahead of changes in the industry to foster continual progress.
Experience:
  • Proven experience managing building services projects within the specified value range.
  • A minimum of 5 years in project leadership within building services. - Demonstrable success in delivering large-scale projects.
