Key Responsibilities:
- Drive SMB business growth by promoting product adoption on partner platforms.
- Support the regional Channel Partner Sales team by identifying and prioritizing co-marketing opportunities and executing scalable marketing programs to drive partner revenue and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage a portfolio of channel partners (e-commerce platforms, accounting solutions, PSPs, etc.), enabling impactful joint marketing initiatives (merchant acquisition, upsell, cross-sell) across multiple EMEA markets (UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and others).
- Review and enhance marketing content developed by partners, sharing best practices and providing feedback to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Create scalable marketing content (toolkits) tailored to EMEA markets, leveraging insights from past campaigns to expand the partner marketing program.
- Collaborate with internal teams (SMB marketing, lifecycle marketing, website, etc.) to integrate partner-related inputs into broader marketing strategies and leverage opportunities to feature partners on various channels.
- Optimize and grow a scalable partner marketing program in EMEA, positioning the organization as a champion for SMBs and partners.
Required Experience:
- Several years of marketing experience, including partner marketing and B2B marketing within the SMB segment.
- Proven success in executing scalable programs across multiple geographies.
- Strong customer-centric approach in designing marketing solutions.
- Valued experience in creative, copywriting, e-commerce, or payments.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages (Italian, German, French) are advantageous.
Ideal Candidate Skills:
- 2+ years of marketing experience, especially with SMBs.
- 2+ years of partnership experience.
- Strong program management and scalability skills.
- Experience in payments, e-commerce, or tech marketing.
- International experience and language skills are a plus.
