Behaviour Support Assistant - Blackpool (Long-Term Placement)

Spencer Clarke Group is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team in Blackpool. This is a long-term placement, offering the chance to make a real difference in a child's life.
You'll be working on a 1:1 basis with a pupil who needs additional support to focus on their learning and manage challenging or defiant behaviour.
Implement personalised behaviour support plans to help the pupil thrive.
Provide one-on-one guidance and encouragement throughout the school day.
Track and document the pupil's progress to measure the impact of your support.

Spencer Clarke Group work with a variety of schools covering a wide geographical area. We deal with teaching placements at Primary, Secondary, Special Education needs and college level as well as support staff positions also within these.
