Our Client is a growing legal information platform in Africa, simplifying African law for businesses. We empower our clients with easy access to a comprehensive database of African legislation, legal intelligence, and expert insights.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join their growing team and spearhead our sales efforts in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by building relationships with key decision-makers at corporates across various industries.
Responsibilities
Prospect and identify qualified leads within the MEA region, targeting Heads of Legal, CFOs, Heads of HR, and Compliance Officers at mid-sized and large corporations.
Develop a deep understanding of client needs and challenges related to navigating the legal complexities of doing business in Africa.
Craft compelling sales presentations that showcase the value proposition and how it streamlines compliance, reduces risk, and improves operational efficiency.
Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring all contractual terms are met.
Build strong relationships with clients and serve as their trusted advisor on African legal matters, fostering long-term partnerships.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
Stay up-to-date on legal developments, regulatory changes, and the business landscape within the MEA region.
Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in SaaS B2B sales, preferably within the legal information or knowledge services industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Strong understanding of the challenges faced by businesses operating in Africa (a plus).
Experience selling complex information solutions to mid-sized and large corporations.
