Commercial Administrator/Trainee QS

The company is a well-established social housing contractor within the property industry and work across a wide range of contracts across the UK. This region covers the West Midlands work across a number of contracts working alongside social housing providers, local authorities and housing associations.
Your role will involve working alongside the commercial team and helping them with tasks involving and related to:
Assist in managing all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects.
Perform risk, value management and cost control during projects.
Prepare and analyse project costings for tenders.
Work closely with the construction team to ensure project budgets are adhered to.
Perform cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work.




If you already have experience of the above then this would be advantageous but if not - there will be training provided if you already have experience within a construction based role. This role would suit someone looking for the next step in their commercial career and who has ideally either experience in or interest in the repairs/maintenance side of the social housing sector.
