Job Description Peaple Talent have partnered with a leading European manufacturing organisation who are looking to recruit a Dynamics ERP Implementation Project Manager that will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementation projects of Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems throughout the UK and Europe. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, in-depth knowledge of Dynamics ERP applications, and the ability to effectively manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire lifecycle of Dynamics ERP implementation projects, from initial planning and scoping to deployment and post-implementation support.
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure alignment with client expectations and business objectives.
Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and identify key deliverables.
Lead project kick-off meetings, status updates, and regular check-ins to track progress, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
Coordinate with technical teams to configure, customise, and integrate Dynamics ERP software to meet client-specific needs and requirements.
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the successful deployment of Dynamics ERP solutions.
Provide training and support to end-users and client teams to facilitate smooth adoption and utilisation of Dynamics ERP systems.
Monitor project performance, evaluate outcomes, and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimisation.
Prepare and deliver project status reports, presentations, and documentation to stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications and experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience managing end-to-end implementation projects of Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems.
Strong understanding of ERP principles, business processes, and industry best practices.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks, manage resources, and meet project deadlines.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
