  • Developing the firms Risk Management & Risk Appetite frameworks.
  • Responsible for leading the RCSA & control assessment processes and to provide support to increase the levels of control and business resilience. Sharing the conclusions to Exco and Board.
  • Undertaking risk analysis and making recommendations to ensure the both entities operate within their stated risk appetite.
  • A point of contact within 2LOD and providing support and challenge to the 1LOD through any incident management.


Experience/Background:

  • Financial Services background, either FCA or PRA regulated.
  • Risk Management background, with a focus on Risk & Controls, Risk Framework.
  • Strong communication skills at all levels.
