Our client, a developer of bespoke electric vehicle drivetrains for one off vehicles, are offering a unique opportunity for an experienced Workshop Manager to lead and oversee production across a large 20,000-square-foot production facility. The Workshop Manager will:

Organise and project manage the manufacture and assembly of subsystems such as battery boxes, steering assemblies, chassis and transmissions.
Lead a team of electrical and mechanical technicians conducting bespoke vehicle conversions, acting as the technical lead to resolve any issues that arise during these projects.
Manage the mechanical workshop, electrical workshop, and production departments.
The Workshop Manager will have:

A minimum of five years of hands-on experience with vehicle mechanics, preferably with classic cars or one-off bespoke builds.
Demonstrated ability to plan production schedules, monitor progress, and ensure quality control.
