The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in research and development and in the bespoke conversion of classic vehicles to electric drive.

The Senior Mechanic will:

  • Ensure team compliance with quality assurance processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Build client vehicles through to handover.
  • Maintain accurate build records.
  • Identify areas for operational improvements, increasing efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Help develop work instructions and guidance materials for internal and external use.

The Senior Mechanic will have:

  • Classic car repair and maintenance experience.
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, etc.)
  • Familiarity with business tools such as Asana, Jira, etc.
