Build partnerships with parents, carers, and professionals to safeguard welfare. Supervise staff, prioritise safeguarding, and involve young people in assessing care quality. The things you’ll need: Desirable recent Ofsted Registered manager experience in children's residential services. (Alternatively, deputies or home managers transitioning to Ofsted-regulated environments encouraged.) A Level 5 Leadership and Management (or working towards), and a Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People Services (Or equivalent), compassionate child-focused approach, regulatory expertise, strong leadership, and effective team management.
