The role:

Outstanding opportunity for an ambitious Real Estate Development Solicitor 1-4 years PQE with the drive and ambition to be part of a leading practice in Bristol .

This is considered a go-to in the residential development sector, acting for many of the UK's largest volume housebuilders as well as for strategic land companies, smaller traditional builders and niche start-up ventures.

The team is looking to welcome an Associate with a strong record in development work, and in return, they are offering a varied diet of work servicing national PLCs and regional development companies.

Therefore, you should have a good grasp of the process of site assembly, site acquisition, planning, funding and site setup. However, the firm is open to hearing from those with general real estate experience who want to move to a more specialised role in development.

The ideal candidate:
  • Real Estate Solicitor 1-4 years PQE with interest/expertise in development
  • Highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome orientated
  • Track record in business development & marketing the department projects
