Real Estate (Agriculture) Solicitor/Associate (NQ - 6 years PQE)

Our client, a top 100 UK law firm based in Exeter have an exceptional opportunity for a NQ - 6 PQE Solicitor to join their tier 1 ranked Real Estate team.

This large law firm is a well-known name in the Devon and Southwest markets, attracting high calibre clients nationally, dealing with broad top quality Real Estate work.

The successful candidate can expect to join a nationally leading team working with Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked Lawyers and gain significant exposure to variety of high quality of work.

You will be technically proficient and be able to demonstrate proven expertise in real estate, ideally with Rural/Agricultural Property experience or, an expressed interest and passion to specialise in this field.

You can expect to work on a broad and varied range of matter acting for landowners, farmers and local authorities. You will be expected to independently manage your own caseload which will include but is not limited to, sales and acquisitions of agricultural property including commercial and residential property, dealing with all property aspects of both registered and unregistered land and freehold or leasehold matters, undertaking a mixture of property work including granting of rights over land and charging/refinancing and working with other specialist teams on more complex matters.

The ideal candidate should be technically proficient and an excellent communicator able to demonstrate strong developing relationships with both clients and colleagues.
