Purpose of the Real Estate (BTL/Bridging) BDM, Kent / Essex:
The Real Estate (BTL/Bridging) BDM, Essex will be responsible for raising the profile of the organisation across the region in the Real Estate space, liaising with brokers & introducers to promote the organisation & educate the market as to their appetite.
The Real Estate (BTL/Bridging) BDM, Kent / Essex will be responsible for originating new Real Estate lending with an emphasis on Bridging and Buy to Let funding for experienced landlords. Skills of the Commercial Banking, Real Estate (BTL/Bridging) BDM, Kent / Essex:
Experience in Real Estate lending
Good understanding of and track record in Bridging & BTL, with the attendant credit skills to be able to assess & structure lending in this sector, ideally having experience of lending in the £1m-£10m space
Excellent external network of brokers/intermediaries and a good profile/presence
Good track record of business development and origination of new lending, particularly focussed towards professional landlords
