Your new company
A successful manufacturing SME based in Dungannon has an exciting opportunity for a purchasing professional/ buyer to join their team.
Hours are Mon-Thurs - 8am-5pm Fri - 8am-2pm (some flex)
Your new role

  • Lead a small team of two purchasers
  • Estimate and forecast future buying
  • Monitor and report on key supplier performance
  • Maintain and develop successful supplier relationships
  • Develop and implement purchasing procedures
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure the smooth running of supply chain
  • Continuously drive cost reduction

What you'll need to succeed
• Experience in a Buyer role ideally within manufacturing or engineering• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Proficient IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
