Every day we help our global clients deliver ambitious and highly technical projects in over 130 countries worldwide. If you’re looking to take your career to the next level, there’s room for you to grow at Turner & Townsend.

At Turner & Townsend we’re passionate about making the difference. That means delivering better outcomes for our clients, helping our people to realize their potential, and doing our part to create a prosperous society.

Our team is dynamic, innovative, and client-focused, supported by an inclusive and fun company culture. Our clients value our proactive approach, depth of expertise, integrity and the quality we deliver. As a result, our people get to enjoy working on some of the most exciting projects in the world.

We are recruiting for a variety of skills and specialisms owing to an increase in work across our National Security accounts. A successful candidate must have, or be eligible to obtain UK security clearance (SC).

Managing implementations in the digital sector combines established tools and techniques with the unique challenges of technology. Whilst the introduction of some Agile practices may even remove the word ‘project’ from the language being used, the principle of controlling time, cost, and quality will always remain. We recognise that projects differ from programmes, yet many of the skills required are often transferrable between the two.

T&T are looking for people with the flexibility to adapt between traditional methodologies and those that have and are becoming commonplace. Who can work through the whole lifecycle, or merely jump into one part of it to help our clients achieve both the outputs and the outcomes that they are looking for.

You may have the following skills, but not limited to, Project Management, Project Controls, Risk Management, Information Assurance, Business Change, Communication & engagement, Business Analysis, Delivery Management, and Product Owner/life cycle management.

To us they are more than just words on a page and are principles that we try to embed in our day-to-day activity. They are:

Collaborate to delivery our best work

Influence to build a better world

Always learning

Treat each other with care and respect
