As the Technical Trainer you will play a vital role in creating, developing, and delivering a high standard of training for external and internal customer products and services, using the most appropriate means that creates revenue and customer service excellence.

Provide enthusiastic hands-on training to new and existing customers and colleagues, giving them the knowledge, skills, and behaviours, they need to install and/or repair large Air Traffic Management (ATM) ground radio systems enabling our customers to fully utilise our state-of-the-art technology.
To manage the training facility ensuring that it is maintained to the required standard for the delivery of training.
To work with the domain experts to identify the specific training needs of customers and develop training programmes to meet these bespoke requirements.

You will preferably have a recognised training qualification with relevant experience in a similar training role. Development of training packages and materials.
Creative presentation skills.
