Job Role: Regional Vocational Trainer

We are seeking a skilled Regional Vocational Trainer to work with small groups of learners in a prison-based setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the skills, knowledge, and behaviours of our learners, while supporting them in achieving their long-term goals and aspirations.

The ideal candidate will have a Business or IT qualification, or equivalent, and substantial vocational experience. They will also have experience of delivering vocational-based training and be able to display a wide range of training methods to engage learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training plans to meet the needs of our learners
  • Provide guidance and support to learners to help them achieve their goals
  • Deliver high-quality vocational training that engages learners and helps them reach their potential
