Qualifications: To hold QTS/QTLS. Must have good levels of both maths and English teaching experience and excellent I.Be able to teach a range of subjects outside of their specialism as well as one of the core subjects (maths, English or science).
Experience: Have worked in a school environment. Particularly, experience in secondary school and willing to teach GCSC.
Knowledge: Have an understanding of alternative provision and dealing with students with special needs.

Effective time management for planning, delivery, and assessment.
