Based at Britain's civil helicopter hub in oxford, you will play a pivotal role in the Commercial Business team.
We are seeking a results-driven and commercially astute Commercial Manager to focus primarily on Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) contracts. You will be instrumental in managing the entire commercial lifecycle, from initial bid and negotiation through to contract execution and close-out.
Drafting and negotiating robust contract agreements and managing amendments, serving as the primary commercial point of contact.
Collaborating seamlessly with technical and business functions, including Sales, Design, Production, Maintenance, and Finance.
Reporting on contractual performance and contributing to continuous improvement in commercial methodology.
You are a proactive problem-solver with a passion for achieving technical and commercial excellence within the Aviation Industry.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in a commercial or contract management role with strong commercial acumen.
Demonstrable experience in leading complex contract negotiations and managing contract profitability.
Exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
