Let us introduce the role AWE is currently recruiting for an Estate Strategy and Planning Principal. You will lead the development of site infrastructure investment and renewal business cases and will be responsible for the generation of business cases to secure capital funding, providing, and understanding the capability they are sponsoring. You will be responsible for supporting Estate Leads to develop investment and renewals programme and supporting plans as well as providing business case, problem statements, requirements, options, and investments appraisal artefacts and support the development of the Site Optimisation Strategy Plan. Who are we looking for? We do need you to have the following: Corporate Strategy and business planning experience In depth knowledge of investment appraisal analysis. Whilst not to be considered a tick list, we'd like you to have experience in some of the following: A Degree in Engineering/Science/business/commercial would be desired but is not essential. Excellent stakeholder management at all levels Experience of business management & business planning cycle Proven track record managing plans in complex investment environment Proactive with the ability and confidence to use own initiative. You'll need to have the ability to work calmly and constructively in a priority changing environment and be able to manage your own workload.
