We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering Manager to join the team and contribute to the success of their growing organization.

Position Overview:

As the Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the engineering function, ensuring the efficient operation of the production facilities. You will be responsible for leading a team of skilled engineers, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and implementing best practices to enhance overall equipment effectiveness and reliability. The successful candidate will bring a wealth of engineering expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.

Project Management: Oversee engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure product quality.

Maintenance Strategy: Develop and implement a proactive maintenance strategy to minimize downtime and optimize equipment reliability.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all engineering activities comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Budget Management: Manage the engineering department budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and projects are cost-efficient.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Proven experience in a leadership role within a food manufacturing or related industry.

Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering engineering projects.

In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards in the food industry.
