This school is undergoing great improvements and has a real focus on reading and literacy from Reception through to Y6. It has a real community feel and you will be well supported in your role here. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the National Curriculum for primary education.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and fosters a love for learning.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and implementing appropriate interventions as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance teaching strategies, resources, and educational programs.
  • Establish strong communication and relationships with parents, providing regular updates on students' progress and addressing any concerns.
