A lovely 2-form entry primary school in Windsor & Maidenhead are looking to appoint a Year 1 Class Teacher from September 2024. This school is undergoing great improvements and has a real focus on reading and literacy from Reception through to Y6. It has a real community feel and you will be well supported in your role here.

ECT's are welcome to apply and, if successful, you can start in July 2024 and be paid across the Summer Holidays

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the National Curriculum for primary education.

* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and fosters a love for learning.

* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and implementing appropriate interventions as needed.

* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance teaching strategies, resources, and educational programs.

* Establish strong communication and relationships with parents, providing regular updates on students' progress and addressing any concerns.
