Obsession for amazing service – ensure the retail team has expert knowledge to provide support and guidance, creating an experience in store that the customers can’t wait to tell their friends and family about
Great people management – empower, support and develop your colleagues, and be confident and professional when involved in managing any challenging situations
Creative flair – WOW your customers with the beautiful VM in store, make our gorgeous collections the stars of the show
