We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager who combines strategic thinking, digital expertise and an energetic and collaborative working style to help lead some of our key client relationships. As Senior Account Manager, you will be the lead day-to-day client contact for a portfolio of international brands, reporting into an Account Director or Client Services Director. Depending on the complexity of your accounts, you may also work with (and help mentor) account managers or executives.

Communicate digital strategies and tactical plans clearly and confidently
Review performance, identify opportunities, and proactively evolve the work
Coordinate internal delivery teams and our global LIME network to ensure high-quality output
Bring cultural curiosity and insight to every project, helping clients understand what makes consumers tick in different markets

Our clients span multiple sectors and countries, so an interest in global audiences, cultural nuance, and international digital marketing is essential.

Significant experience managing client relationships in a digital marketing agency, ideally in a Senior AM or strong AM role
Strong understanding of paid and/or organic digital channels, with direct experience managing search and/or social campaigns
A track record of building commercially strong client relationships
Can manage multiple projects, deadlines, and clients with composure
Has excellent attention to detail and pride in high-quality delivery
Has a commercial mindset and can spot opportunities to add value
