As a Senior Account Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of clients and act as the senior point of contact for day-to-day account management. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring clear and effective communication of strategies and tactics
Overseeing the day-to-day management of client accounts, keeping clients informed and up to date
Reviewing activity and account performance, constantly looking for ways to evolve and improve outcomes
Managing multiple client projects efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality
Has experience managing client relationships within a marketing or digital agency
Possesses strong digital marketing knowledge (organic, paid, or both) and stays up to date with industry trends
Has a commercial mindset and an interest in driving business growth
