Your new role
  • Build and manage collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Provide expert compliance advice, focusing on motor insurance industry regulations.
  • Identify and manage conduct-related risks.
  • Support regulatory reporting and track legal requirements.
  • Arrange internal compliance training.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Strong knowledge of FCA regulatory requirements and motor insurance industry priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on risk and controls.
