Our client is a medium-sized retail supplier with a 35 year history, known for their commitment to quality and innovation. With a dedicated team across several continents, they are a leading name in jerseywear across the high street.

Job Description

  • Alongside design team, provide retail clients with innovative product designs for the Kidswear range.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage the product critical path, from design brief to delivery of the product in store.
  • Manage the order process from negotiating price, through to shipping of product.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Coordinate with retail buyers for timely and cost-effective product delivery.
  • Contribute to team meetings and share creative ideas.
  • Handle customer queries and feedback professionally.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Kidswear Account Manager should have:

  • A degree or relevant qualification in Retail Management, Business or related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills and highly numerate.
  • Experience in account management in Kidswear (preferable).
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective client management.
  • A creative mind and a 'knack' for spotting trends.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Good understanding of the retail industry and market trends.
