There is no doubt that looking after our most acutely ill patients on our wards is a job of the highest importance and a vital and valued component of the Trust's mental health support offer. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a challenging but incredibly rewarding role to join Ash Villa, a 15 bedded female acute treatment ward for adults experiencing acute mental health. As Ward Manager, you need to demonstrate strong performance leadership skills in the day-to-day management of the ward.
