Senior Microsoft Solutions Engineer

Due to an increased business demand we are currently looking to recruit a Digital Solutions Engineer on a permanent basis- this position can be based out of either our Watford or Horsham offices.
The Digital Solutions Engineer will work alongside our existing digital solution resources to help in the development and support of various applications and platforms including SharePoint, both online and on-prem and Power Platform products and services within Microsoft 365.

Incident and problem management of Power Platform / SharePoint related issues
Change management activities (including testing) from small scale amendments and service requests, to larger projects such as the automation of current manual paper-based processes across the business, to the redesign and delivery of company-wide Document Management Systems.
Proactive monitoring of Power Platform / SharePoint solutions and architecture - proactively address emerging issues.
Management of existing Power Platform apps and flows to ensure current ICT policy and best practice is being adhered to, taking timely action where necessary to ensure conformity within the Power Platform governance strategy where deviations arise.
Development of new Power Automate workflows and integration with external toolsets, including those provided by our global Microsoft 365 tenancy.
Provide subject matter expertise and end user guidance for all Power Platform solutions –create and maintain user guides and associated service knowledge to enhance user experience and reduce service.
