The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in leading and executing technical testing activities, particularly in ServiceNow and JIRA environments. This role requires an individual who goes beyond defect logging and ticket completion, actively driving technical testing strategies, execution, and collaboration with stakeholders.


Develop comprehensive test approaches, plans, and completion reports tailored to project objectives and quality benchmarks.
Lead and execute technical testing activities within JIRA and ServiceNow, ensuring thorough and efficient coverage of all testing scenarios.
Go beyond defect logging—drive meaningful test execution, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
Advocate for best practices in technical testing and influence process enhancements across teams.
Oversee end-to-end testing for ServiceNow projects, ensuring high-quality implementations and seamless upgrades.
Manage testing activities for Windows re-platforming projects, including Windows 10 to Windows 11 migrations and M365 solutions.
Coordinate UAT efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals and user expectations.
Present technical information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders and senior management.
Demonstrable experience in ServiceNow project testing, including implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
In-depth understanding of Windows re-platforming projects, including Windows 10 to Windows 11 migrations.
Knowledge of M365 deployment and integration testing.
Strong experience in JIRA and ServiceNow testing environments.
Extensive experience in writing test approaches, plans, and completion reports.
Familiarity with industry-standard testing methodologies and frameworks.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Background in IT infrastructure or systems integration.
