Role: Salesforce Technical Lead

Salary: Up to £85,000

Location: United Kingdom


TechOhana has collaborated with a highly established ISV who is searching for a Salesforce Technical Lead to embark on its digital transformation that will redefine its product.


As the visionary behind their Salesforce solutions, you'll have the power to transform how they engage with clients, optimise operations, and surpass their competition. Harness your creativity and expertise to design cutting-edge Salesforce solutions that set new industry standards. Your impact will extend far beyond the technical realm - you'll be at the helm of a team of talented developers, inspiring and guiding them to deliver game-changing projects.


Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
  • Strong technical leadership skills, including experience managing and mentoring teams of developers
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise way
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, etc.) - a strong advantage.
