Domiciliary Care Manager

Full-time/Permanent, Monday to Friday 8.Remarkable Jobs is thrilled to collaborate with a well-established, family-run business dedicated to offering a diverse range of specialised care services, enabling clients to comfortably stay in their homes. My client provides both Live-In care and Domiciliary Care Services.
This Domiciliary Care Manager role will play a vital role in ensuring the deliver of top-notch homecare services. This position offers a unique blend of responsibilities, including line management duties, direct care provision, customer interaction, administrative tasks, and on call duties on a rota basis.
Key Responsibilities for the Domiciliary Care Manager role:

Creating care plans and risk assessments.
Implementing process improvements with regards to recruitment and nurturing new staff offering support, supervision, and performance management.
Supporting with day-to-day office operations and supporting the business as needed.
Ensuring the most efficient delivery of care is provided.
Rotational on-call duties (1 weekend in 6)


Experience, Skills, and Qualifications for the Domiciliary Care Manager role:

NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
Previous experience in a managerial level role within a care setting.
Minimum of 3 years domiciliary care experience.
Knowledge of CQC & KLOE s.
