With over 100 years of combined experience, Tradeline offers a locally focused, personal level of customer service while providing the expertise of a larger company.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruitment Consultant at Tradeline Recruitment Ltd. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for canvassing and visiting clients and candidates, conducting interviews, communicating effectively, and recruiting suitable staff for our clients. While the role is primarily located in Bedford, remote / flexible working can be accomodated for the right individual.
Qualifications / experience
- Confident and out-going personality.
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of social media platforms such as Linkedin and Facebook
- Basic computer skills, word, excel and outlook.
- Recruiting experience would be an advantage but not essential.
- Experience / knowledge of the construction industry would also be an advantage but not essential
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
