Own the finance engine of Riot end to‐end, from rock solid accounting and compliance through to forecasting, commercial insight and cash management. You'll also line manage and develop a Finance Officer.

Own month end, management accounts and reconciliations
Keep us compliant and audit‐ready at all times
Commercial finance
Build models that explain performance and drive decisions
Financial compliance
Manage VAT, Corporation Tax and statutory returns
Data & decision support
Turn messy data into clarity - unit economics, pricing, promotions, paybacks
Treasury & cash
Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
Big 4 training is a plus (PwC, EY, KPMG, Deloitte)
Strong technical grounding, but even stronger commercial intuition
Advanced Excel/Sheets skills; comfortable building robust, explainable models
Experience in consumer products, FMCG or scale‐up environments
Exposure to VAT complexities, inventory flows and multi‐channel sales
A brand that actually stands for something (and tastes as good as it sounds)
