Joining as a mid-level Real Estate Finance associate, you'll play a key role in a variety of cross-border Real Estate Finance transactions, representing both sponsors and lenders across the capital stack. Your duties will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating facility agreements, managing transactions with other offices and local counsel, and providing mentorship to junior associates and support staff within the Real Estate Finance practice group. Collaborating closely with colleagues from various practice groups like real estate and tax, you'll provide integrated legal services to clients involved in intricate cross-border transactions.

The ideal candidate will hold 3-5 years of post-qualification experience, boast strong academic credentials, and demonstrate a creative approach to problem-solving.
