Position Overview:

As a Real Estate Finance Associate, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and support to clients on a range of real estate finance transactions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with leading professionals in the field and contribute to the firm's continued success.




Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on real estate finance transactions, including acquisitions, developments, and refinancing.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including loan agreements, security documents, and due diligence reports.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on real estate finance laws and regulations.
  • Assist in negotiations with lenders, borrowers, and other parties involved in transactions.
  • Manage client relationships and provide high-quality service to meet their needs and objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including lawyers from other practice areas and external advisors.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and best practices to provide informed advice to clients.





Qualifications:

  • Qualified solicitor with 4-6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in real estate finance.
  • Strong academic background with a degree in Law or a related field.
  • Experience working in a reputable law firm or financial institution, with a focus on real estate finance transactions.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate finance laws, regulations, and market practices.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
