Join Our Team: Behaviour Support Assistants Needed

Do you have experience in managing challenging behaviour and supporting students to achieve their full potential? We are currently seeking dedicated Behaviour Support Assistants to work in both SEN and mainstream schools across Brighton and the West sussex area. As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing one-on-one and small group support to students with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, Behavioural and Social, Emotional and Mental Health Difficulties.
Implement behaviour management strategies and interventions to support students with challenging behaviour.
Provide individualised support to students to help them regulate their emotions and develop positive coping mechanisms.
Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCOs, and other professionals to create and implement individual behaviour plans.
Provide pastoral support.
Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment where all students feel supported and valued.Previous experience working with young people with SEN and managing challenging behaviour is highly desirable.
Patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for supporting the social, emotional, and academic development of students with SEN.
