As a Studio Network Support Engineer , you'll be the go-to person for face-to-face, telephone, and email support across all services, with a special focus on studio-related solutions. From installation and configuration to troubleshooting connectivity issues, you'll play a crucial role in keeping the operations running smoothly.What you’ll be doing day to day as Studio Support Engineer :

  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining equipment
  • Leading small to medium networking projects and deployments
  • Managing support cases via Salesforce
  • Providing technical support at client meetings
  • Developing detailed studio documentation

You’ll also be involved in various aspects of the business, making every day an exciting new challenge Here's what we're looking for in a Studio Network Support Engineer:

  • Excellent understanding of computer networking, TCP/IP, and VLANs
  • Familiarity with wireless networking concepts and troubleshooting
  • Experience with routing protocols like BGP & OSPF
  • Knowledge of networking devices and security mechanisms
  • System administration experience with OSX or Linux
  • A can-do attitude, excellent social skills, and keen attention to detail
