Job Title: Registered Nurse (Day or Night Shift)
50 per hour
Post : Full Time, Permanent (up to 48 hours per week)
Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse looking for an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of residents within a Nursing and residential home environment? We are currently seeking two Registered Nurses, one for day shifts and one for night shifts, to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans for residents under your care. Conducting comprehensive assessments of residents' health and care needs.
Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, their families, and the multidisciplinary team.
Providing support and guidance to care staff.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Registered Nurse qualification (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN.
Previous experience working in a nursing/residential home setting is desirable but not essential.
Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and environments.
Competitive salary of up to 23.50 per hour
