Business Transfer Agent - Commercial Property Valuer

£45,000 Basic Salary / £4,500 Car Allowance / £58,000 year 1 ON Target Earning potential - uncapped / Hours: Full time Monday to Friday

Location: Remote - must live within a commutable distance of Cumbria. You will be on the road often within this patch meeting business owners.

Business Transfer Agent - Commercial Property Valuer

Requirements of the role to include:

* To take responsibility for the business within your allocated patch and sector.

* To build the client base within your patch, prospecting for opportunities, working the database, and optimise given leads.

* To visit and talk to clients about their businesses and its special features

* To collect information about the property and take photographs.

* To estimate the value of the property using the correct estimation calculations and processes.

* To market and promote properties for sale.

* To send out details of new businesses in the market to database contacts.

* To advise clients about the buying and selling process.

* To arrange and carry out the viewings of properties.

* To represent the sellers in negotiations with prospective buyers.

* To monitor the sales as they proceed and liaise with all interested parties including mortgage brokers, solicitors, surveyors and other agents.

* To advise clients and help buyers to decide what they want to buy.

* To make sure that a price is agreed that is acceptable to both the buyer and the seller.

* To respond to queries via email and telephone.

* To maintain administrative records.

* Experience valuing property and pitching to potential vendors why you are the best agent to sell their property / business.

* Experience in business transfer an advantage.

* A self-starter capable of working to the highest standard remotely from home.

* A professional with high standards and expectations for themselves.

* Driven, hardworking, inquisitive and resilient.

* Sales and service oriented.

* Solid interpersonal skills and communication skills.

* Great numeracy and literacy skills.

* Team player and able to work independently.

* Target driven to realise rewarding commissions.
