Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Accommodation Manager located in Nottingham. As an Accommodation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our student residences. This includes managing occupancy, coordinating maintenance and repairs, ensuring resident satisfaction, and enforcing property policies. You will also be responsible for organizing events and activities to promote a sense of community among residents.

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Experience in property management or a related field
  • Knowledge of student accommodation regulations and best practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in customer service
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
