Studio Coordinator at Dynamic Design Studio in London
Are you an organizational wizard with a keen eye for detail and a heart for the creative pulse of London? We're on the lookout for a Studio Coordinator to ensure our studio operates like a well-oiled machine, supporting our vibrant team in the heart of London's creative scene. As our Studio Coordinator, your days will be diverse, challenging, and integral to our success. From being the welcoming face of our studio to managing our meeting rooms and ensuring our teams move in harmony, your role is the glue that holds our creative endeavors together. You'll handle everything from answering calls and greeting clients to coordinating project schedules and facilitating seamless communication across departments.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, acting as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, managing our Studio Meeting Room and ensuring it's always ready for whatever the day throws at us, and keeping an eye on office supplies to make sure we're always stocked up and ready to go. You'll also be on top of our office protocols, ensuring our internal Quality Assurance standards are met, managing post and couriers, and even coordinating staff training sessions to keep our team sharp and up-to-date.
Project-Related Administration:
On the project front, your organizational skills will shine as you arrange travel, prepare documents for meetings and presentations, and support our project teams with various administrative tasks. You'll be instrumental in helping us put our best foot forward, whether it's through meticulously prepared bids or ensuring our directors and associates have the support they need to lead their projects to success.
