Nous recherchons notre nouvel Expert en consultation de laboratoire pour rejoindre l'équipe Marketing Global Marketing Integrated Solution: une équipe internationale travaillant pour soutenir la stratégie de solutions intégrées et réaliser notre Full Potentiel et les ambitions futures de l'entreprise. Sous la responsabilité du Directeur Senior, Global Marketing Integrated Solution, vous piloterez le développement et le déploiement de services pour autonomiser les experts régionaux et locaux, en veillant à l'adoption autonome des services, modules et outils de consultation de laboratoire.

Quelles seront vos responsabilités chez bioMérieux? :

  • Développer des outils, des modules et des services qui favorisent l'efficacité opérationnelle, la durabilité organisationnelle et les projets de transformation de la santé alignés sur la stratégie de bioMérieux.
  • Piloter l'exécution de projets de développement/pilote, avec des projets d'industrialisation de la consultation sur la Stewardship Antimicrobienne en tant que priorité principale.
  • Jouer un rôle de chef de projet et d'expert en la matière pendant le développement, la mise à jour et le développement de la formation, avec différents projets en parallèle.
  • Travailler de manière transversale avec des fonctions telles que les Affaires médicales, le service client, l'Apprentissage et le Développement pour assurer le déploiement d'une "approche d'apprentissage calibrée".
  • S'assurer que la voix des clients est capturée dans le développement de solutions pour répondre aux besoins des clients, garantir que les solutions proposées fonctionnent selon les spécifications et améliorer l'offre globale de consultation de laboratoire.
  • Servir de point de contact principal pour les Référents régionaux et les Experts locaux pour les questions/support concernant les outils, modules et services de consultation de laboratoire.
  • Soutenir les rôles marketing lorsque nécessaire (Responsable de marché, Chefs de produit) pour différentes actions marketing telles que les supports marketing, les événements, les témoignages, entre autres.
  • Développer une connaissance approfondie de la valeur du portefeuille de consultation de laboratoire soutenant nos principales stratégies (Stewardship Antimicrobienne, Sepsis, Vente croisée...) dans le flux de travail habituel de nos clients.
  • Favoriser un processus d'amélioration continue dans les Centres d'Excellence régionaux, en démontrant la valeur de nos facilitateurs d'entreprise et l'adoption de nouveaux modules de consultation de laboratoire.

Qui êtes-vous ?

  • Master (ou équivalent) en sciences de la santé.
  • Minimum 10 ans d'expérience
  • Connaissance approfondie du workflow en laboratoire de microbiologie.
  • Expérience en gestion de projets d'amélioration avec les méthodologies d'amélioration continue (Lean et/ou Agile).
  • Prêt à contribuer de manière significative aux priorités collectives de l'équipe.
  • Expertise en analyse de données pour identifier les tendances et les opportunités d'amélioration des processus.
  • Anglais courant impératif (oral ET écrit)
  • Expérience avérée en création de réseaux internes..
  • Capacité à travailler en autonomie et à définir ses propres objectifs et priorités.
  • Solides compétences en communication
  • Organisé, capacité à établir des priorités.
  • Créatif et innovant.
  • Capacité à s'adapter aux environnements changeants et complexes.
  • Vision stratégique et holistique/capacité à gérer des sujets complexes dans des organisations matricielles.
  • Prendre des initiatives et démontrer une attitude positive, en assumant la pleine responsabilité du sujet donné avec une mentalité orientée solution.
  • Capacité à voyager (jusqu'à 40% du temps).
