Electrical Wholesales Sales Executive

As Sales and Partnerships Director at AllPoints Fibre (APFN), you will join our commercial team, the heart of our growth engine. This is a new and exciting opportunity with our business , with responsible for the management and oversight of APFN’s full sales channel, in this role you will get the unique opportunity to influencethe brand we become.
You will be responsible for the development and execution of the sales strategy. Through leadership and development of acommercially astute team, the Sales and Partnership Directorwill own the key strategic commercial network relationships for APFN and work to extend our reach through strategic partnerships.
Working alongside the CX Director to ensure alignment with the customer experience, you will be responsible for the product and service roadmap,design value additive commercial propositions andcontinuously evolve processes and systems to ensure we maintain our differentiation in the fibre market.
As Sales and Partnerships Director youwill be experienced in leading a sales function to meet and exceed targets. You will bring a thorough understanding of wholesale markets, abletodevelop plans toenter new wholesale channels andposition products against competitorswhilst communicating commercial strategies, products and services,with transparency across all levels of the organisation
Managing a wide reaching team ofpresales, sale, community engagement and business development colleagues, you will be passionate aboutensuring diversity of experiences and backgrounds are in abundance across this professional team.
